Moate Agricultural Show is taking place on Sunday August 28th at the show grounds beside Anthony Browne’s Filling Station.
Organisers have a variety of classes available from horses, cattle, sheep and poultry, to art, photography, fruit and vegetables and baked goods. We will again have music from a multitude of local bands along with our free children’s entertainment.
Organisers will again be hosting the Anthony Browne All Ireland Filly Foal Final, along with a number of other highlights in the show including the Queen of the Show and a Tug of War Competition.
The Show has been doing very well, especially following our move to the Dublin Road in recent years, and we hope to continue this trend in 2015, especially with our new move from a Saturday to a Sunday. We hope to see you all on Sunday August 28th, for a great family day out.
