Newry Agricultural society held its first Newry show in 1869 and we have been providing an annual agricultural show ever since. This year, our Show will take place on grounds situated in the heart of Bessbrook Village, Main Street, Bessbrook, Newry BT35 7DJ.
This prestigious setting plays host to an equally prestigious and time honoured tradition of the “Newry Show”. It is well supported locally as well as regionally, and is considered one of the foremost competitive agricultural exhibitions in Ireland.
Year on year we see old faces returning and new faces for the first time attending to experience the very best that the Rural scene has to offer in the Newry, Mourne and South Armagh countryside.
The event is run on the last Saturday in June.
