Applications are open for arts and crafts and food and beverage traders. Choose the appropriate form on the official 2026 trader application page.
Traders applying now may request space for their own gazebo until 1 November 2026, subject to availability. The organiser says hireable gazebos and wooden chalets were allocated from mid-August, with any later availability dependent on cancellations. Traders need their own insurance, and those bringing a gazebo must provide suitable weights. Submitting an application does not guarantee a stall.
