Samhain Festival of Food & Culture returns to Kells from 5 to 8 November 2026 for four days celebrating Irish food, drink, heritage and culture. The festival brings together tastings, talks, workshops, performances and activities for families at venues around the town.
This year’s programme includes the Sheridans Irish Food Fair, the Samhain Long Table Supper and the Literary Pub Crawl. Visitors can also look forward to an opening night reception with traditional music, oysters and stout, a performance of The Love Hungry Farmer with Seamus O’Rourke, and food and drink events at Headfort House.
Events have different venues and booking arrangements. Check the organiser’s programme for the latest details and tickets: https://foodcultureireland.ie/samhain/samhain-tickets/
