It holds various tasting events throughout the year. Midleton Farmers Market began in 2000 and has been growing ever since. The weekely market is held on a Saturday from 9.30am-1pm in Midleton town centre, County Cork. The market currently sells a range of fresh local fruit and vegetables, organic beef, poultry and rare breed pork, fresh fish, cheese, homemade chocolates and cakes, woodfire pizza and much more. Local talented musicians play at the market adding to the atmosphere.
They also hold events throughout the year such as craft beer and cheese tasting.
This is the original Farmers Market in Ireland which was formed by Darina Allen and local farmers to provide an outlet for their produce. Every Saturday morning 9am -1pm
