This webinar will be presented by Lynn Patterson, LP Patterson Associates (NI) LTD.
This workshop is specifically designed for small food caterers and will cover the following topics:

- Intentional and unintentional allergens
- Effective methods of allergen control
- Legal requirements
- How to read allergen labelling
Lynn has worked in several areas of the food industry both in product development and Quality before moving into training and consultancy. Lynn is a registered trainer for Highfield qualifications and RSPH and is visiting lecturer at Queens University, Belfast.
