A trader is required to cook and sell roasted chestnuts at the Christmas experience at Airfield, Dundrum, Co. Dublin. The maximum capacity of this Dickensian themed event over the course of the month is circa 12,000 people so there is great potential for the right trader to succeed in the run up to Christmas. The dates and times are as follows:
