Be Part of the Magic at the Winter Woodland Christmas Market, Avondale
As the Wicklow Town Christmas Market will not be taking place this year, organisers are seizing this opportunity to invite additional stall holders to their festive event. Last year, they welcomed over 70,000 visitors to the site, and this year promises to be even bigger and better.
You are invited to apply for a stall at this year’s Christmas Market, part of the award-winning Winter Woodland Experience at Beyond the Trees Avondale.
Running every weekend from Friday, 14th November to Sunday, 2nd January 2026, the market will be set within the charming courtyard, beautifully framed by the illuminated Treetop Tower and festive surroundings.
This year’s Winter Woodland Experience will include:
- Treetop Night Lights – a dazzling forest spectacle with glowing woodland creatures and a 40ft Christmas tree.
- Wicklow on Ice – a double-pad real ice rink in front of Avondale House.
- Christmas with the Parnells’ – immersive Victorian-themed guided house tours.
- Kiddie Rides & Vintage Carousel – family fun every weekend.
- Food Trucks & Pop-Up Brewery.
Organisers are looking for stall holders offering handcrafted gifts, festive foods, seasonal treats, and artisan products that complement the magical woodland atmosphere. Priority will be given to vendors who can commit to multiple weekends and offer high-quality, locally sourced, or Christmas-themed goods.

Weekends from 14th November 2025 to 2nd January 2026

Hut Fees & Schedule:
- 14th-16th November (3 Days) €225
- 20th-23rd November (4 Days) €300
- 27th-30th November (4 Days) €300
- 4th-7th December (4 Days) €300
- 11th-14th December (4 Days) €300
- 18th-21st December (4 Days) €300
- 22nd-28th December (5 Days Excluding Xmas Eve and Xmas Day) €450 Peak
- 29th-2nd January (5 Days) €450 Peak
3rd and 4th Free for a Vendor booked for 5 weeks or more.
The Wooden Cabins are roughly 8ft by 8ft or 8ft by 10ft and they will come with power sockets.
Insurance Requirements:
All traders must hold Public and Product Liability Insurance with a minimum cover of €6.5 million, indemnifying both Aramark Ireland Holdings Ltd and Coillte. Proof of indemnity must be provided before an invoice is issued.
