Super experience from start to finish. I got help super quick, spoke to a very knowledgeable person who could help straight away. From first contact, to questions to quote to taking out cover, didn't even take 2h. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful, understanding and friendly. Prices are competitive and fair. Grainger was super helpful and friendly and everything was process super fast. I am still waiting for a call back from my actual insurance company.... I highly recommend IOMST!

Fantastic service. Could not recommend highly enough. Extremely reasonable membership and insurance. Never too busy to help and advise. Wish I'd thought of joining a lot earlier.

I can't recommend Grainne and Greg highly enough. Starting out as a craft trader was overwhelming for me but when I first spoke to Grainne, she completely put my mind at ease. Both her and Greg have a wealth of knowledge on all subjects related to markets. I'm so happy to be a member of IOMST, their support is invaluable. If you need support with your craft business or insurance for markets, Grainne and Greg are the people you need!! Thanks again!!
I would like to thank you for your quick response to my application. It was lovely talking to you yesterday and especially that you were so kind and helpful and answered so many questions that were in my head which l didn't even have to ask it was like you knew exactly what l needed to know.
So thank you for putting me at ease with my first ever market and will keep in mind everything you said about been approachable. I am glad l came to you and if anyone asks me about insurance for the market l will be recommending your company 100%.
I maybe back sometime to ask questions especially if l am unsure.
